Christmas Day Menu

Velouté of lightly spiced butternut squash with smoked paprika oil.


Terrine of honey roast ham, pheasant, wild mushrooms and savoy cabbage with homemade crab apple jelly.
Tartar of Cornish smoked salmon with caviar, horseradish and crème frâiche.
Warm tartlet of home grown beetroot, confit onion and Roquefort with roasted pecans and poached pear.


Roast fillet of beef with a Madeira jus, roast potatoes and a selection of festive vegetables.
Roast breast of turkey with apricot and chestnut stuffed leg, pigs in a blanket, roast potatoes and a selection of festive vegetables.
Layered gateau of herbed pancakes, wild mushrooms, sautéed spinach and roasted chestnuts with a selection of festive vegetables.


Christmas Assiette comprising: Home made Christmas pudding, stem ginger ice cream and clove, orange and cinnamon panna cotta.


Coffee with home made mince pies and chocolates.

Five Courses £80 per person

Terms and conditions
A deposit of £30 per person is required to secure a booking. Advance Starter and Main Course selections and the balance of £50 per person are due by 1st December.
In the event of cancellation after 1st December, this amount is only refundable if your table can be re-booked.
For group-size reductions, the full amount of £80 per person will become non-refundable from December 15th. Please advise at the time of booking of any special diatary requirements or food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Prices include VAT. A service charge of 10% will be added to all bills.
